Expressed concern about what will happen to the unusable marshland and woodlands in the back of the subdivision and noted problems with protected wildlife damaging siding.

Voiced major concerns about stormwater runoff and frequent garage flooding, asking that the new subdivision not worsen drainage into the fast-rising swamp behind her property.

Asked whether a previous proposal's driveway crossing the back of the lots could be revived or subdivided out in the future.

Suggested that an existing storm sewer in the back of the properties which previously flooded was clogged and should be enlarged to improve drainage.
